01What do I need to upload?+
At least one readable document: a teacher-corrected test, an assignment to complete or already completed, or the subject syllabus. Up to five files can be added.
02Is the WeekBook generated automatically?+
No. A human tutor reviews the evidence, defines the weekly goal and validates the WeekBook before delivery.
03How does START2026 work?+
Register with START2026 by 31 December 2026 to try up to 10 WeekBooks per family during the 30 days after signup. The free allowance ends after 30 days or when you reach 10. No card, subscription or automatic renewal is required.
04What happens after the free WeekBooks?+
You can stop without any charge. After trying the method, you can choose an additional WeekBook or optional tutor feedback. Any price is shown before you confirm a separate paid request. See optional services and terms.
05How do I request a paid WeekBook?+
There is no automatic charge. Contact us to confirm each paid WeekBook before work begins; we confirm the price and payment details for that request.
06Is delivery always within 24 hours?+
The 24-hour commitment starts when complete and readable material has been received. If something is missing, the family is contacted before the analysis begins.
07Does it work only for international schools?+
International curricula are our specialist starting point, but students aged 11–18 from other schools can use their real programme, year and marked work.
08Does MyWeekbook diagnose learning disorders?+
No. It is an educational support and study-organisation service. It does not diagnose or treat DSA, ADHD or other clinical conditions.
09How are student data and results used?+
Uploaded documents are used to deliver the requested service. Marketing, profiling and aggregated anonymous research each require the appropriate separate consent.
010Who provides the service?+
MyWeekbook is managed in Italy. The legal service provider, assistance contact and billing details are shown before any paid activation.
